The Virginia General Assembly has honored Quinn Evans with an official proclamation.

The Virginia General Assembly has honored Quinn Evans with an official proclamation. This formal declaration recognizes the firm as the recipient of the prestigious 2024 AIA Architecture Firm Award.

Presented by Delegate Betsy Carr, the proclamation was accepted by members of our Board of Directors in recognition of the firm’s outstanding contributions to the field of architecture.

Established in 1984, Quinn Evans specializes in cultural, institutional, commercial, and educational projects, including museums, historic parks, theaters, mixed-use buildings, government buildings, schools and campus facilities, libraries, and major civic landmarks and infrastructure. Current projects for the firm include the modernization of the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC, and the redevelopment of Baltimore’s Penn Station. Recently completed projects include the renovation of the iconic Old City Hall in Richmond, Virginia, and restoration and adaptive use of the landmark Michigan Central Station in Detroit.

The firm employs more than 200 professionals in six office locations in Washington, DC; Ann Arbor and Detroit, Michigan; Madison, Wisconsin; Baltimore, Maryland; and Richmond, Virginia. With a deep commitment to sustainability and the renewal of the built environment, Quinn Evans is a charter signatory of the AIA2030 Commitment and a member of the Centerfor the Built Environment.
