Three Quinn Evans projects are featured in the Michigan Municipal League’s new policy brief on housing. Titled “Hacking Michigan’s Housing Potential,” the publication explores how adaptive reuse can be a powerful solution to the housing crisis.
The featured Quinn Evans projects include the award-winning rehabilitation of the former Crapo Building into The Legacy apartments; the transformation of The Plaza from office space to residential; and a case study on the successful redevelopment of Detroit’s historic Checker Cab building into apartments with parking.
