Joe Cellucci has designed and managed many challenging renovation, adaptive reuse, and new construction projects, with a focus on design excellence and a collaborative team process. His knowledge of all phases of building design as well as construction requirements enables him to oversee the smooth delivery of projects, meeting client goals while managing budget and schedule parameters. Joe’s clients appreciate his ability to build consensus and steadily move projects forward.
Joe has completed many exceptional school and university buildings, as well as art galleries, performing arts spaces, and athletic facilities. He is knowledgeable about the latest in building materials and technology, and enjoys creative problem-solving. Joe is active as a university advisor, mentor, and architectural studio critic.
